Continuous Grills for Gas Hobs

This project explores a continuous cast iron grill system designed to improve usability and cooking flow across multi burner gas hobs. Instead of segmented pan supports, the design introduces a unified surface that allows pots and pans to slide seamlessly between burners, enhancing stability, safety, and ergonomic comfort during cooking. The geometry balances structural strength with visual lightness while enabling modular manufacturing and compatibility across multiple hob configurations. The result is a more cohesive cooking surface that improves both functional performance and perceived quality.
