Igla - Missile Launcher Turret System

This project focused on the exterior and structural design of a modular missile launcher turret integrated onto an armored vehicle platform. The scope included housing architecture, protective shell development and geometric refinement aligned with stabilization, rotation and mechanical constraints. The design balanced aerodynamic form, structural rigidity and maintenance accessibility. A strong emphasis was placed on packaging efficiency. Internal component placement, mounting interfaces and structural envelopes were studied to ensure seamless integration with the vehicle roof platform. The project progressed from concept development to physical prototyping, validating manufacturability and assembly logic. The result was a robust and visually cohesive turret identity aligned with functional and operational requirements.
